Emma

Emma had two outfits she needed altered, the first one a stunning jumpsuit with a lace jacket she wore for the Registry Office for the legal marriage and a beautiful flowing dress she wore for the wedding party in France.

I lowered the armholes for the dress, shortened the hem, added cups and a bustle.

Zoe

Zoe had her lace hem shortened, and I removed some lace motifs from the front of her dress. I took in the bust and waist and added cups. I also added a bustle for the train.

I altered two of her bridesmaids dresses too, lifted the shoulders on one, and shortened the hem on both.

I love the beautiful red dresses, it’s such a stunning shade.

Lucy

Lucy contacted me early last year as she was pregnant but already bought her dress before Covid and lock-down.

She had also ordered extra lace to match the dress. We decided on making a bespoke bolero/bridal top to go with the dress. The result I think is absolutely stunning.

I loved working with Lucy and we had the same idea of how the jacket was meant to look.

I also shortened the straps, took in the bust, added bust cups and a bustle to the train.

Sarah

Sarah flew to Mexico with her husband to renew their wedding vows in December.

I altered her dress, added straps and an extra layer of glitter tulle to make the skirt sparkle.

I made a modesty panel for the back as it was already a lace-up dress but the manufacturer had not added it.

I also altered her daughters jump suit by adding an extra panel in the zip and shortened the legs.

Laura

Laura had her beautiful dress altered. The bust needed to come in and the length shortened. She also had a bustle added to the back so she could dance her first dance without worrying about the train.

I love the delicate lace in this dress.

Eilen

Eilen asked me to make her gown for her wedding in August, the only problem was that she was in Norway, and I was here in England. We had quite a few meetings over video calls, and in the end we settled on this bespoke lace and chiffon dress. I made the dress from her measurements, then sent it over for it to have a final fit with a seamstress over there to finalise the dress.

I also made 4 flower girl skirts in the same chiffon with the lace fabric as waist bands. This is a one of a kind dress, and it suits the Norwegian fjord perfectly!

Abbie

Beautiful Abbie got married last year. Her dress needed alterations to the bust, waist and the length. A bustle was added to lift the train up in the evening. I also altered all of her bridesmaids dresses.One of the girls where pregnant so I lifted the waist to under her bust to make it more like maternity dress, and much more comfortable around the baby bump.

Claudia

Claudia is wearing my SBK Collection Made To Measure bespoke bridal skirt with pockets. She is wearing it with a corset and a cape she purchased from a local Bridal salon. I altered the corset to make it the perfect fit.

Erika

I altered Erika’s beautiful bridal gown, and all of her 5 Bridesmaids dresses. Two of her bridesmaids flew in the day before the wedding(from Hong Kong and Norway) so the dresses had to be altered the night before the wedding. Nothing like last minute jobs to get the heart rate up!

Katey

I altered Katey’s beautiful princess dress. It was fitted around the bust and shortened to the right lengt. I love the beautiful back lacing on this dress. I also altered her bridesmaids dresses.

Lisa

Lisa chose a beautiful two piece Wedding Gown with a detachable train. I fitted the bodice and skirt and shortened it to the correct length. This was such a perfect gown for Lisa and did not clash with her stunning tattoos.
